This event is open to all with an interest and you can now register. You are advised to read the following information and our terms and conditions prior to completing your booking.

Early registration, which offers lower registration cost, ends on July 28, 2017. The link to the on-line registration form is at the bottom of this page

Registration Terms and Conditions:

Each registration fee must be paid separately.
Your name and institution must be identified clearly when ordering the transfer
Bank wire transfer charges and other related fees have to be paid by the participant.
In case of cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Registration fees:
The registration fee includes access to the all scientific sessions, lunches, and dinners on 29th, 30th and 31st of August 2017, the social programme which includes a welcome reception on Monday. The student rate is only applicable to undergraduate and PhD students.
The registration fee for domestic students includes all coffee breaks.
Registrations will be confirmed (by e-mail) upon reception of the registration fee.

	The symposium is organized in collaboration with the hotel Yasmin (the venue of the conference). Therefore, the accommodation for participants in hotel Yasmin is strongly recommended. Registration Form >> Payment details
	Please indicate your full name and the Institution when ordering the transfer. The receiptes will be issued only if requested and amendments will not be accepted. Full payment of costs should be made in EURO (payments in any other currency will not be accepted). Currency exchanges or bank fees have to be paid by the registrant. In case of cancellation the registration fee will not be refunded.
